Terms

These terms cover films ordered from Framed Stays.

Previews. Previews are complimentary and private. They may not be published or redistributed. We delete them on request.

Your photographs. You confirm that you have the right to use the listing photographs you ask us to film for marketing purposes, or that you can obtain that right.

Your film. On payment you receive the final files and a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them to market the property on any channel. Music and narration are licensed for this use.

Accuracy. We build films only from your photographs and do not add features that aren't there. Visualizations (such as an aerial arrival or twilight) are optional and labelled. You review and approve the final cut before publishing and are responsible for how it is used in your listings.

Pilot films. The first film for a new client is $390, payable only after you approve the cut. If you don't approve it, you owe nothing and we delete it.

Payment and edits. Prices are in USD, invoiced on delivery and payable by card or bank transfer. Each film includes one round of edits; further changes are quoted separately.

Liability. Our total liability for any film is limited to the amount you paid for it.
